Fixing the "applying patch 0%" problem without deleting files(Using CMD)

Just a simple guide to solving the applying patch 0% issue people have been having.
Now before you start reading you have to understand that the applying patch 0% IS a visual BUG. IT actually applies but does not show it.
Why you uncheck the read-only box in this guide is so you're able to use CMD to launch the TERA launcher.
The cmd steps is to simply bring up a window in CMD to show you the progress. This actually also fixes the visual bug when it reaches about 20%.
1. Go to your tera directory. Example: Mine is in "C:\Games\"
2. Right click the TERA folder and open properties.
3. Uncheck Read-only and press ok for all under-files as well.
4. Close the folder
5. Open CMD with adminstrator rights
6. Get to where you've installed TERA. Example: If you have you TERA folder on your "D:" drive then write "D:" Then press enter. If you already have it installed in your main hard drive, Example would be "C:\" , Then don't do this step.
7.Write the location of your TERA directory location. Example: Mine is "C:\Games\TERA" Press Enter now.
8.Write "tera-launcher .exe-window" press enter
9.You will now have a CMD window open and Tera launcher. Don't close either and let them patch the game.
10. When done patching simply close and open Tera again.

When the login screen appears in the tera launcher. From there just close and reopen the launcher and login to play.
