Dear Phelan, my feedback regarding recent changes.
Before I say anything, I’d like
to politely ask people from either PvE & PvP servers to not raise any drama
or hate between Gameforge staff & players,as much as possible, since we’re
all angry & disappointed at the game management & customer respect, as
I want this thread to keep it’s constructive & fair shape. Please don’t
argue, flame or anything that would cause this post to get banned or even
worse, ignored.
Dear Phelan, & the rest of Gameforge staff,
We, players , or at least most of us, have left or been
preparing to leave before you’ve come to one of same, constructive & mature
threads that were posted regarding recent changes in game. Some of us got
inspired, some even more impatient, but I myself thought that you’re one of
troll’s people who came to make fun of desperate amount of people that is
constantly complaining, leaving, & basically begging for someone to read
problems of global community & react in a way that will please either free
& elite players. Checking your profile of course made me realize that you
were really from support or whatever & that you’re here to calm this
dramatic situation amongst us. I justify decisions of all players that left,
deleted game, moved to other versions of TERA from simple reason because people
were restlessly playing for 2 years, giving feedback that they were asked to
give after every change, every patch, every removal, every shop update & so
on, but all that they’d get were automatic responses , more RNG boxes (which
aren’t even RNG but your way for milking community) , less material,
consumables or drops in newest dungeons…
While most of the players were feeling blessed &
resurrected from the “deathtime” by your messages, admitting & so on, many
were getting even more angry & disappointed by this company, I’ll present
you my own feedback I’ve decided to give due to everything that was said by
community & your side.
I’m glad that you admitted that you messed up, but
disappointed by the fact that you cover up your mistakes, by saying that “You
wanted to improve our gaming experience in TERA & help us do more lvl 65
instances by REMOVING MWA in lvl 58 dungeons” In patch notes it said “REDUCE”
but now you admit that you’ve absolutely REMOVED it, as 1 piece of masterwork
alkahest isn’t enough to +15 pvper’s weapon or any piece of gear. Each one of
us knows that you were just testing your limits over us, you wanted to play
stupid & see what will our reaction be, knowing that you’re crossing the
line. Because Miraq made thread nearly two months ago regarding masterwork
alkahest, master enigmatic scroll, semi enigmatic scroll, complete crystalbinds
& spellbinds, & when you pinned it up we’ve hoped something good will
come out from that, but it didn’t you’ve just made the whole situation worse
& by that lost about 40% of your community.
Whole situation was already bad. Pieces of gear not
dropping, we aren’t able to gear up at least 1 of our character, not to talk
about the rest 7. I did over 50 runs of BR/RG from my healer’s & I still
don’t own nearly any piece of jewelry, brooch or so on, I nearly never get
anything from enchanter coffer, soulbinder coffer, while I noticed that the
biggest TT spenders in the server getting biggest amount of Masterwork alkahest
& other enchantment/masterworking items. Losing paying players isn’t that
much of a problem, there will still be some stupid people that will spend huge
amount of euros on cute elin costumes, keys, mounts… You’ve lost free players
that are buying TT, Veteran Key or TC from paying players , huge amount on
daily basis. But trust me that with what you’re doing at the moment, won’t
bring any customers back, because they’ll have absolutely no reason to believe
your empty words. You’ve never presented us with a valid reason to buy your
TERA products, & it’s not fair to use different economy in NA & Europe
as reason to milk us. Nor amount of population to give us ridiculos high prices
in Shop. I’m sure that if people were getting the items they paid money for,
there would be much more customers than there was before the DS & removal
patch.
Okay, adding masterwork alkahest in endgame dungeons
(although we’d like it in CW & RE as well) is a very decent idea, but not
for the price of removing all other source of MWA from the game. I know that
you won’t be able to implement Vanguard boxes or MWA in lvl 58 dungeons without
releasing a new patch, but at least cooperate with us, give us 20-30 mwa per RG
, because trust me, you can’t play anything without +12 gear unless you’re
either healer or carried. Just because people have +12 gear doesn’t make them
pro, & new players in idoneal or low + ambit gear don’t have to be skilled.
The game became unbearable for people that participate in it the first time, because
BHS made it’s new rules in solving dungeons at the not decent but best gear. It’s
not FoK patch anymore, or Wonderholme patch, or even RE patch. Mechanics
changed, everything became a challenge for someone who didn’t have the best,
& I think that game is supposed to provide everyone the materials they
deserve for advancing. In last 2 years we’re playing the only good event was
about double drops in dungeons, & atm with current “RNG” playing it’s role
in tera’s endgame it’s something we definitely need, as I see people who spent
100k making 50+ runs in latest dungeons still wearing Archetype, Devastator or
Ambit gear. We’re supposed to be gearing our alts now or preparing for new
content that’s in a few months & we don’t have any resources yet.
I’d like to request you & your team to consider, not
only this message but also of other people that were either more polite &
constructive than me & apply some of our ideas. MWA isn’t the only option
here, but everything that we deserve to have but must play tera as fulltime job
to get it.

1M.More useful rewards from blast from the past, as
doing it atm of how it is, is extremely stressing & annoying. Add SES, MES,
CCB or separate ambit gear.
2.
Va Vanguard box for MWA 15 mwa + RNG amount of it,
same for spellbind, also in Bellicarum & Killing spree merchants. Add mwa
in reward for vanguard quests.
3.
You don’t have to give us LoT back or any other
lvl 58 dungeon regarding MWA but at least apply the rules above & increase
the amount of mwa dropping from endgame dungeon, at least between 20-50 stack
of MWA & every player equally, or receive it through mail.
4.
WWhile waiting for the new patch, add more
Caiman/Box events with mwa & other needed mats, maybe those scrolls you
introduced during last event (that nobody got yet lel) , noble/blessed enigmatic
scrolls.
I’d like to show my gratitude to you for at least giving
us some information about game or fixes after over two years of waiting, as it
seems that you’ve finally realized how greedy you are, which you admitted ,
although I wouldn’t be proud of that. I also request that if you come up to
this thread give us same answer & direct as directly I’m writing this, no
beating around the bush, or giving half-answers, because we’re aware that way
you’re on loss not us. Also I’d like my fellow friends on forum to give direct
feedback & requests in the reply section so everybody would see what
community wants, hopefully the more feedback the better. Also I will apologize
for long post & clumsy English.
